Terms of Service

By purchasing or using the Not Just Another Day service, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the service. These terms apply to all visitors, buyers, and recipients.

Not Just Another Day provides a one-time digital gift: 365 daily themed messages delivered to a recipient’s email inbox. The buyer selects a theme, provides the recipient’s email, and chooses a first delivery date at checkout. On that date, the recipient receives their first message, which introduces the gift.

• The current price is displayed at checkout and on each theme page.
• All prices are in US dollars (USD).
• Payment is processed securely by Stripe.
• Your purchase is a one-time charge. There are no subscriptions or recurring fees.

Because this is a digital service that begins delivery promptly after purchase, we generally do not offer refunds once message delivery has started. If you experience a technical issue preventing delivery, contact us at help@notjustanother.day within 7 days of purchase and we will make it right.

You agree not to use the service to:

• Send messages to recipients without their reasonable expectation of receiving them
• Harass, harm, or threaten any person
• Violate any applicable law or regulation
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or interfere with the service

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate service for violations.

All content on notjustanother.day — including text, designs, and message content — is owned by Not Just Another Day and protected by copyright. You may not reproduce or distribute it without written permission.

The service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free delivery, though we work hard to ensure reliability. Email delivery depends on factors outside our control, including spam filters and recipient inbox settings.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Not Just Another Day shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the service. Our maximum liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the service.

We may modify or discontinue features of the service at any time. We will not materially degrade the core service (365 days of daily messages) for active gifts without offering a refund.

These terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which Not Just Another Day operates, without regard to conflict of law principles.

We may update these terms from time to time. We will post the new version here with an updated date. Continued use of the service constitutes acceptance of any changes.
