SMS Program Terms

Not Just Another Day offers an opt-in SMS messaging program that delivers one daily gift message per day for up to 365 days. Messages are sent only to recipients who have provided explicit written consent. The buyer's checkout authorization permits only one invitation SMS to the recipient — no recurring messages are delivered until the recipient independently confirms by replying YES or tapping the confirmation link.

Consent to receive SMS is not a condition of purchase. Email delivery is always available as an alternative.

Up to 1 message per day for up to 365 days per gift subscription.

Messages consist of the recipient's selected daily gift-content theme (e.g. Dad Jokes, Daily Positivity, Stoic Wisdom) and service-related links (feedback, settings). No marketing or promotional messages are sent to SMS recipients.

• Via invitation SMS: After someone gifts you a Not Just Another Day subscription, you will receive one invitation SMS. Reply YES or tap the confirmation link to begin receiving daily messages via SMS.
• Via opt-in form: Visit notjustanother.day/sms-opt-in, enter the email address associated with your gift, your mobile number, and check the consent box.
• Via settings page: Use the settings link included in any email delivery to switch your delivery channel to SMS at any time.

• Reply STOP to any message — you will be unsubscribed immediately and receive a confirmation.
• Visit your settings page (link included in every message) and switch delivery to Email or pause your subscription.
• Email help@notjustanother.day to request removal.

After opting out, no further SMS messages will be sent. You may re-opt-in at any time via your settings page or the opt-in form.

Message and data rates may apply. Not Just Another Day is not responsible for any charges your mobile carrier may apply. Carrier participation may vary — if you do not receive messages, contact your carrier or email us at help@notjustanother.day.

Your phone number is used solely to deliver your daily gift messages. It is never sold, rented, or shared with third parties for marketing. See our Privacy Policy for full details.

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued receipt of SMS messages after any update constitutes acceptance. You may always opt out (reply STOP) if you no longer wish to participate.
